How does per-seat pricing work?
You buy one licence per user. Brains, neurons and AI credits aren't locked to individuals — they're pooled across all your seats, so any team member can draw from the shared knowledge and allowance. Add seats and the pool grows with you.
What are AI credits?
A monthly USD allowance that powers Aiqbee's built-in AI tools. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI account and those queries bypass credits entirely. Included monthly credits refresh each billing cycle and don't roll over; purchased top-up credits do roll over while your subscription stays active.
What's the difference between Standard and Enterprise?
Mostly capacity: Enterprise gives each seat more brains (10 vs 5), more neurons (2,000 vs 500) and more included AI credit ($17.50 vs $10). Enterprise also adds service accounts for non-interactive API access, for teams that want to integrate Aiqbee into their own systems.
What is Hive Server?
The self-hosted, on-premise edition of Aiqbee. It's free for up to 20 users, uses your own AI accounts via MCP, and keeps your data inside your environment. Learn more about Hive Server.
What do I get when I pay for Hive Server?
Capacity doubles on brains and quadruples on neurons, from 5 brains and 500 neurons per user to 10 and 2,000. You also get audit logging, which records activity per brain with a retention period you choose, and neuron type security for teams that need access control below the brain level. Support moves from community forums to email.
Is access control limited on the free tier?
No. Every Hive Server gives each user read, read/write or admin access on a per-brain basis, along with single sign-on and the full MCP toolset. Paid licences add finer control: you can secure individual neuron types so that only named users see them. That setting is off until you switch it on.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 7-day free trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to one of our paid plans. Your Brains and data will be preserved and you can pick up right where you left off.
